Relocation services, London & UK-wide
Blue Doors plans and runs relocations for corporate HR teams, private movers and group assignments: sequencing home search, visas, schooling and the small admin that usually gets missed, into one plan.
Where moves go wrong
Housing, visas and school places are usually planned by different people on different timelines. When one slips, it drags on the others, and by the time it reaches HR, it's already a fire to put out.
Where we help
Each of these works on its own. What makes a relocation land well is having them sequenced by one team instead of coordinated by whoever has time.
Shortlisting, viewings and referencing, matched to budget, commute and school catchment.

Get in touch →Why Blue Doors
Anyone can book a removals lorry. What decides whether a relocation actually lands well is who's sequencing the decisions behind it.
Recommendations are built around your move, not whichever partner pays us the most.
One person who knows your file end to end, not a rotating support queue.
Every plan is shaped around your existing mobility policy, not a generic template.
HR gets milestone updates on a schedule they set, not whenever something breaks.
How it runs
Whether it's one executive or a twenty-person group move, the sequence is the same. The sequencing is what keeps it invisible to everyone except the person who benefits from it.
Dates, budget, visa category and dependants get fixed at the outset, so nothing downstream is guessed at.
These decisions affect each other directly. We order them so one doesn't force a redo of another.
The person moving gets a direct line to their consultant; HR gets checkpoints, not a daily inbox.
Registrations, local admin and the small questions that surface after week one are still ours to answer.
Moving independently
Most of our work is employer-sponsored, but the same structured process is open to individuals relocating privately, from first enquiry through to being properly settled. New role, move home, or move by choice: the plan runs the same way either way.
Talk to a consultantNo, the same process scales down to a single assignee or a private move.
As little or as much as you want. We run the coordination and flag HR only at agreed checkpoints.
Yes, private and family moves follow the same structured sequence as sponsored relocations.
Always. Planning them separately is the most common cause of last-minute delays.
Yes, first-time movers tend to get the most value from a single coordinated plan.
Before an offer or move date is confirmed, if possible. That's when the sequencing still has room to work.
